  • Dr.
    Jeff Cook
    Clinic Director, Senior Doctor

    Dr. Jeff Cook is a licensed Chiropractic Physician  serving the Concord/Kannapolis and Cabarrus/Rowan/Stanly county communities.  Dr. Cook is a native of Mt. Pleasant, N.C. where he resides with his wife Amy and 3 sons, Ryan, Zach, and Colin.  He attended Mt. Pleasant High School and Wake Forest University on a full football scholarship where he Lettered 3 years and was a starter and Team Captain his Senior year.  He attended post graduate school at Life Chiropractic College where he received the schools top scholarship, the Sid E. Williams Ribley award.  While at Life Chiropractic College he served as a Class president and the Senior Resident of the outpatient clinic.

    Dr. Cook has trained in over 15 different chiropractic techniques, including sports medicine, rehabilitation, and extremity techniques.  He is also a Fellow in  Advanced Acupuncture and is trained in traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Modern Acupunture.  His clinical philosophy is 'Pain Relief Today, Health for a Lifetime'. Dr. Cook also has Post Graduate training in Sports Medicine and various soft tissue techniques

    Dr. Cook enjoys spending time with his wife and family, attending his son's athletic events, serving in his church, working on his cattle farm, and going to the mountains.

    Randal Troutman

    Dr. Randal Troutman uses a 'whole person approach'. This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Randal Troutman is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

    Dr. Troutman is a native of Kannapolis, N.C. and a graduate of A.L. Brown High School.  He currently resides in the Mt. Pleasant area with his wife Kathy, son Randy Jr., and daughter Harper.  Dr. Troutman attended UNC Wilimington where he received a B.S. in Human Biology.  He attended post graduate school at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri where he served as class president and student body vice president.

    Dr. Troutman is trained in a wide varity of techniques including Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, upper cervical and acupuncture.

    Dr. Troutman enjoys spending time with his wife and family, camping, and collecting cars.

    Rob Combs

    Dr. Rob Combs is a resident of Harrisburg, NC and a licensed chiropractor in NC and SC.  He graduated from Eastern Wayne H.S. in Goldsboro, NC and completed his undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University.  Dr. Combs received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC.


    Dr. Combs utilizes various techniques in practice including but not limited to Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Activator, TRT, Toggle, Acupuncture, and several soft tissue techniques in order to complement the body’s healing process and optimize overall health.

    Dr. Combs’s hobbies include golfing, organized team sports, camping and off-road activities.  He supports local sports teams and loves to attend Hornets, Panthers and Knights games. He enjoys spending time with his wife Jamie and two dogs, Henry and Katie.  He is also a licensed multi-engine aircraft pilot and certified SCUBA diver.

    Zach Cook

    Dr. Zach Cook is a resident of Kannapolis, NC and a North Carolina State Board certified Chiropractic Physician.  He graduated from Mt. Pleasant High school in Mt. Pleasant, NC and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Dr. Zach received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Life College of Chiropractic in Atlanta, GA.

    Dr. Zach utilizes various techniques in his chiropractic approach including but not limited to Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Activator, Extremity, and various soft tissue techniques in order to complement the body’s healing process and optimize overall health. He is also pursuing an advanced certification in traditional and modern Chinese acupuncture.

    Dr. Zach enjoys working out at his local Crossfit gym, golfing, competing in fitness competitions, and spending time outdoors. He greatly values his faith, being an active member of his church, and spending time with his wife Melissa, sons Dawson and Caden, and two dogs Obi and Gage.
